Frequently asked questions

A clear start to cooperation

We explain the most important points about first contact, assessment and next steps before requesting detailed information.

Trust begins with clear expectations — especially about what follows, who decides and what has not yet been agreed.

Answers before the first step

It is important to know what first contact is — and what it is not yet

These rules protect serious projects, partners and specialists from false expectations and premature disclosure of sensitive information.

Is Behric an investment platform?

No. Behric assesses, develops and structures business projects and participates under a separately agreed mandate.

Is first contact a letter of intent?

No. An expression of interest is not a contract, investment offer, letter of intent or promise of financing or cooperation.

Should I send documentation immediately?

No. The public form is for initial review only. Sensitive information is exchanged later through an approved and protected step.

Does every project reach a partner?

No. A project must first show sufficient foundation and readiness, and presentation occurs only where a suitable partner mandate exists.

Who makes decisions?

Authorised people make business decisions. The system organises information, access and records but does not replace human judgement.

How is Behric’s role determined?

Scope, responsibility, authority, confidentiality, compensation and duration are agreed separately before formal participation.

When can I expect a first response?

After email confirmation, the matter enters initial review. The aim is to send a meaningful first response within five business days, or explain when a more complex review requires additional time.

What if my sector or need is not listed?

Select “Other” and briefly describe the new field or need. A serious opportunity is not excluded simply because it was not anticipated in the public categories.

Can I make contact if the project is not yet ready?

Yes. An early stage is not in itself a reason for rejection. Be candid about what exists, what is assumed and which decision you want to prepare.

Does Behric only look for investors?

No. A project may need a buyer, operator, technology, permit, market evidence, team, supply chain or a different structure before capital becomes the right question.

What happens after an expression of interest?

After email verification, a human performs the initial review. The response may request further information, propose a discussion, explain that the matter is not yet ready or that there is no basis to continue.

When do you request documents?

Only when the review shows why a particular document is needed and who may access it. The purpose, secure channel and permitted use are then defined.

Can the process end without presentation to a partner?

Yes. Supplementing, reshaping or stopping can be more responsible than a premature presentation that spends the trust of both sides.

The first contact is a non-binding expression of interest — not a contract, investment offer or Letter of Intent.
