For investors and business partners

We understand the mandate before assessing the fit

Before presenting a specific opportunity, we want to understand what you seek, what you can bring to a project and how you make decisions.

The right opportunity is not the one seen by the most people, but the one that fits a clear interest and can withstand review.

Responsible matching

Both the project and the partner’s ability to fulfil the proposed role are assessed

Capital matters, but it is not the only contribution. A partner may add market access, technology, operational knowledge, distribution, governance or long-term business participation.

A clear mandate

We define sectors, markets, scope, time horizon, form of cooperation and the criteria by which the partner decides.

Demonstrable capacity

We assess whether the partner can provide what it proposes and has the people, experience and authority to proceed.

Relevant fit

We do not circulate opportunities broadly. A presentation occurs only when project need matches a genuine partner mandate.

Responsibility after agreement

Serious cooperation requires clear obligations, timelines, decision rights, information protection and consequences of non-performance.

The first contact is a non-binding expression of interest — not a contract, investment offer or Letter of Intent.
